設施：有空調冷氣，有熱水洗澡，有WiFi上網
衞生：床鋪乾淨，有太陽曬過的味道。老舊城區社區，這個價位別想的太好。
環境：老城區整個衞生環境都不太好到處修路，到哪都一樣。把期望降低降低，樓道怪味臭味肯定有。但這個價位衹要床鋪乾淨，有空調有熱水有WiFi對我來説就已經OK。介意的去南昌新城區住宿。
服務：也沒啥服務，青年旅社一般都是全程自助式。
給四星是因為房東阿姨呼嚕聲，挺大聲的真的…
到南昌旅遊吃水煮一定要找好店鋪，那些路邊拉客讓你進去吃的不要去，特別是羊子巷小吳水煮隔壁的熊麗水煮，千萬別去！！
