Extremely disappointing stay. The service was unprofessional and dismissive. My room reeked of cigarette smoke, and when I complained, staff responded with, “It doesn’t bother me, I smoke,” or “We can’t stop people from smoking.” Shocking attitude and total disregard for guests. No one spoke English, and communication was difficult. They only offered an air purifier that did nothing. The hotel is old, dirty, with broken items and stains on the walls. Breakfast was overpriced and poor in quality. Definitely not recommended.

When I arrived initially I was given the wrong room after specifically booking for a river view room which had a higher price, I even asked if this was the best room available as i didn’t care about the money, but still the guy at the reception said, we call it river view. However, the room was changed but still not a river view. The hotel was so dirty, there were ashes from previous guests’ smoking in the bathroom (see photos). There was water on the floor in the upstairs toilet, the bathroom was so dirty with hairs on the floor, the floors even worse. As a person who was staying for longer periods I was expecting to at least have a fridge and a microwave oven. There was snort on the glass adjacent to the bed upstairs which was so disgusting. You would find cockroaches in the room as well.
