非常棒的一次入住體驗，酒店是5星級的軟硬件標準。
1、硬件：基礎房型就很大，還有陽台，酒店自己的宣傳照沒有拍出37平米的感覺，進來才發現衞生間很大，房間的設施都是5星酒店的配置水準。泳池、健身中心是獨立的一棟樓。
2、服務：整個酒店服務都很好，客房服務、工程維修、餐廳服務都很熱情。特別表揚一下前台王心怡，入住已經很晚了，一直在幫助協調解決問題，我腰不好睡不了軟床，她幫我協調加了硬床墊，還有怕冷加被子什麼的都很積極解決問題。還有工程部，不管多晚都能5分鐘內到位維修。
3、位置：在市區邊上，出行需要打車起步價到地鐵站，但好在緊挨着艾溪湖景區，景色很美，刷酒店卡可以進入景區。酒店還有自行車、帳篷什麼的可以租用去景區休閑，天鵝湖裡有幾百衹天鵝。
4、缺點：有些房間的燈老化，打不開或者關不住，需要工程部維修。但瑕不掩瑜，一點問題比起酒店的其他好處來，就可以忽略不計。
