一樓廁所的味道太大了，不知道是不是下水道反水，要去搭乘電梯必須經過廁所門口，每次路過那個味道太大了。
晚上十二點入住的，因為春節期間旅遊一直住全季，每家辦理入住時都有送一個入住禮物，這家沒有，所以就問了一嘴“這幾天住其他城市全季有禮物，請問你們有嗎？”前台回答衹有鉑金可以送。
第二天早上退房的時候在前台自助咖啡機打咖啡，機子有點壞了一滴滴下咖啡，就請他們幫忙看看是不是出口堵塞了，一個男前台站在櫃內説不知道，一個女前台蹲在地上頭都沒抬説“咖啡機壞了，是不是就這樣”好吧，看這意思也是沒有想修理。
