Nanchang Honggutan District 4-star Hotels

It was my first time to stay at Crystal Orange. The room was very clean, the decoration was in a log style, the bedding was clean, and I slept very comfortably. Because Zhou Shen held a concert, it was also my first time to come to Nanchang. The hotel provides a pick-up and drop-off service from Nanchang West Station, which is very convenient. The service staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic. They also gave two bottles of warm water and two companions when checking out. The gift is very warm and the overall feeling is good!

This hotel, located right next to Qiushui Square in Honggutan, Nanchang, is an absolute gem! The service is absolutely amazing! They're incredibly responsive and courteous. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the warmth of the staff. 😊 The front desk lady is incredibly sweet. There's a small stall in the lobby featuring summer specials, including floral water, which is incredibly practical and the kids loved it! Check-in was fast, and they even provided helpful tips for nearby restaurants, which really helped alleviate the heat. Their responsive attitude is incredibly heartwarming. 💖 The amenities are even more impressive. ✨ The bathroom features a fantastic dry/wet separation, and the hot water comes quickly and consistently. Even the toiletries have a delightful Petrov fragrance. Love the attention to detail! 💗 Qiushui Square is just 800 meters away, so if it's not too hot, you can go out and explore! 🌃 The hotel is also close to the subway station, right at the Honggu Middle Avenue exit, making travel incredibly convenient. 🚶 The breakfast selection was dazzling, and they even had authentic clay pot soup and fried noodles 🍜, which were absolutely delicious! This hotel, with such excellent service and facilities, deserves a five-star recommendation 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Nanchang!

The room is clean and hygienic, the service attitude is very good, there are afternoon tea and supper, and they can help pack breakfast if you are catching the high-speed train. There is a follow-up call after checking out, and some small suggestions are made. I hope you will adopt them. I will stay here again next time I come to Nanchang.

I come here often. The last time I came was during the Lantern Festival. There were free hot dumplings in the lobby! Berry at the front desk also gave me a small lantern, which was very heartwarming.

Clean, comfortable and convenient! The hotel staff are helpful and pleasant. The young lady, Zhu Ling, gave us her WeChat number when we checked in so we could contact her whenever we had questions or requests. That's some service assurance! The maintenance lady volunteered to go to the laundry room to help us out when she overheard we had issues using the washing machine. The room is clean and spacious and the train station is close by. Their free breakfast was fresh and delicious. Definitely will be back if we come to Nanchang again!

The room is large, with floor-to-ceiling windows, new facilities, and the bedding is new and very good! The mattress is comfortable and great for sleeping! Next door to the hotel and Vientiane World, there is a Hema supermarket, chain restaurants, bakeries, and milk tea coffee shops. It is very modern and fashionable nearby and you can see the Twin Towers! There are more young people. The overall feeling is pretty good!

The hotel is reasonable and value for money. However there is no phone in the room. A shocking incident happened with me. I was fast asleep and someone starting knocking at the door at 2am. When I checked thru the peephole it was hotel staff asking me to open the door. When I asked why, he typed on the phone(can't speak English) that I was making too much noise. When I opened the door and he saw that i was sleeping and couldn't have been making noise he just walked off. This was a very shocking and disturbing incident and would love for the hotel to clarify

The location of the hotel is very good. The nearby shopping malls and subway stations are relatively close. The next stop is the subway building where you can transfer to Line 1. Bayi Square Wanshou Palace and Tengwang Pavilion are both on Line 1. Those attractions are quite popular. Recommended to go

The table lamp on the bedside table also has a wireless charger. Hygiene: The room is clean and hygienic. Environment: The hotel lobby is grand and the restaurant is large. The breakfast can be optimized. Some dishes are average. Service: The front desk service is good.

Facilities: The pillows are given soft pillows and memory pillows, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep. The facilities are very new, the bathing equipment is really big, and the air conditioning is very powerful. Hygienic: Hygiene is OK overall, but there are two problems: 1. The hotel provides a wash bag, but when it is opened, there is an ultra-long hair inside. The toiletries are individually packaged and there is no air leakage, so I didn't find the hotel trouble. 2. The chair in the office area is a layer of dust. Environment: 270° view room, the environment naturally has nothing to say, the sound insulation of the house is also very good, swiping the card to reach the designated floor, and you can't see the idle people, etc., it is very safe. Service: First of all, snacks, homemade tea, ice drinks are provided on the first floor, and then the service staff is friendly. The ”tell the guests” is very good. They will also help push the luggage to the elevator. If there is a problem, they can respond in time. Really recommend this hotel, recommend this apartment, when you wake up in the room to see the beauty of the Lijiang River, any trouble can be left behind.
