Price-wise, it’s quite reasonable, especially for the location and room size, making it a good option for families. However, the biggest downside is the lift. There’s only one small lift shared between the homestay and the restaurant below, which can be inconvenient during peak hours. The lift also feels a bit dirty and smelly, likely due to some guests smoking inside. I even saw someone spit in the corner, which was quite unpleasant.
