很好，實物比照片好看多了，位置優越適合看日出，傍晚的藍調也很美。管家服務到位，房間裏的香氛味道很好，配備了一次性浴巾和毛巾，電視可以投屏，馬桶是智能的。

發這個點評是為了提醒經營方改進，也讓後面預訂者有一個基本瞭解，希望經營方不斷改進，讓未來的入住者越來越滿意。
首先它是公寓，類似民宿，無大堂和checkin面對面接待，更談不上前面有的評論説老闆年輕又帥氣，所有服務人員都是網上交流。
我入住的是山景房，其他的房型不瞭解，也不做評價。在未入住前，會加微信建服務羣，在經營方工作時間會及時回覆。超出工作時間羣裏不會及時回覆。上午經營方是早上十點才上班，在官網介紹沒有説明。
房間內基本設施有，但使用很不方便、配置也不足，比如：沒有冰箱和化粧鏡，洗手池邊沒有放置洗漱用品的台架，化粧品、洗漱用具沒有地方放，衹能放在洗手池邊上或者茶几上。洗澡間門口沒有設定換衣服的設施以及腳墊，你衹能把換洗衣服放在可移動的沙發上，洗好以後必須走出來更換衣服，多人居住的情況下，場景如何？大家各自腦補吧。房間可用的插座很少，想要燒一壺水，要麼拔掉落地燈插頭，要麼到卧室床邊找插頭。房間內提供的是一個不大的小米電視，不是前面評論區提及的投影。整個套房內衹有兩個很小的垃圾桶，一個在廁所一個在房間，兩天用下來，房間裏的垃圾桶塞不下，衹能放在地上，很不雅觀。整體房間設計偏簡潔風格，但未從使用者角度考慮其功能性和人性化。個人沒有感覺出甄選設計師帶來的設計感，個人喜好不同，不一定對。未來入住者可詳細查看房間圖片再做決定。對於免費停車方面，在提醒以後有提高，説明經營方是可以做的更好的，也在努力改進。
提醒未來入住者一定要看清楚，你的房間詳情圖片，不要受官宣的圖片誤導。
公寓位置在青澳灣，離海灘周邊餐館很近，環境好。房間兩張床，很舒適。
對於性價比方面不做過多評價，畢竟都有淡旺季之分，公寓經營也不容易，但從本人和家人總體感覺來説，是有些失望的。
