酒店差評都是有原因的，前台的架勢我以為是老闆娘呢，保安也是，衞生也差，在開始入住的時候，定的特惠雙人床，旅遊淡季165也不便宜了，我們去的早，兩點左右到了，一開始我們還猶豫要不要訂海景房，挺便宜的185而已，還好沒定，我們拿房卡進房間的時候，應該剛打掃完，所有房間門都是開的，就問能不能換一間，因為我們的房間幾乎沒有陽光（被一塊超大的鐵板擋住了506不要住），我們對面陽光好的房間竟然是海景房！很震驚，因為酒店距離海有點距離的，才五層樓高，基本看不到海景，還賣海景房的價格，而且換房間的時候前台用那種輕蔑的語氣和我們説換不了，而且是從一堆房卡里特地挑出那個沒有陽光的房間給我們，覺得是故意的，我們去的早房間多而且我們所有房間佈局都看到了，感覺才肯換的，但凡晚點都換不了，這個酒店是專門接待外地旅遊團的（老闆有點人脈，旅遊團好慘），三個大巴停車位，我衹是不知道電動車停哪，不是乞丐，大巴一來，保安一句 走開走開 給我整無語了，前台老闆娘也是，大巴旅遊團早上走的早，催我兩次退房，一次八點多，一次十一點多，禮貌嗎？從來沒遇過這種狀況，用得着一次次提醒嗎，搞得我好像什麼小偷躲你這犯法了一樣，祝酒店關門大吉

房間乾淨亮堂，能看到大海，設施齊全。前台服務態度好。賓館的位置相當好，周邊商店、飯店、農貿市場、早餐店等，很是熱鬧，傍晚時附近還有漁民擺攤賣海鮮

重點是衞生間地漏可能是與馬桶下水道聯通的，很臭，我實在受不了衹好拿自己的一條小毛巾來塞住，第二天向前台反映，前台卻説以前都沒有人説（其實看看大家的點評是有的）。問前台要衞生紙，她説衞生間不發紙的，並拿出一些打掃房間人家用剩的給我們，我太太衹好挑了一包用。
房間裏不配小瓶裝水，我們問，前台説有大桶水。我們看到是有一個剩下半桶水的大桶水，沒有品牌，也不知道是哪一天開封的，不敢喝，衹好用自己帶着的水。

賓館古舊，房間夠寬，設施陳舊，衞生一般，所謂海景房，衹是房間窗口望向遠處的一線天。勝在佔據的地理位置還可以，有免費停車位。周邊環境熱鬧，似舊城區，海鮮大排檔與酒樓眾多，可滿足口福，沿街步行出海堤海邊沙灘也不算遠。賓館隔壁南澳老兵大排檔，物美價廉，海鮮點贊。
