服務：很好，有早餐，品種豐富
在山上，唯一的缺點是高峯堵的時候，去青澳灣海邊平時10分鐘，我們開了3小時；租小電驢要在青澳灣才能，所以下山難（開車），上山也難（小電驢沒地還）

酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨，前台小姐姐很熱情，老闆娘人很好看我們有小朋友給免費換成大的房間，得到的不僅是一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火，這就是我對這家酒店的評價，超讚！

過年人多，選了很多民宿看中書業家的環境和地理位置。住宿房間不大，但是夠用了。隔音效果差一點，晚上半夜還有其他客人大聲説話影響休息，老闆也妥善處理了，服務很不錯。晚餐的火鍋小貴，但是過節期間島上都漲價，食材新鮮，醬料口味u很好。

設施：環境來説非常小，設計非常不合理，算是踩雷，三天的行程中最貴，最不舒適的一晚。
衞生：複式一樓實在太小了，爸爸腿長坐下去廁所是關不上門的，膝蓋都超出門了。去廁所很尷尬，因為門一一道的，上廁所就不能同時洗澡，廁所頂不封，誰上大號就一起共享味道，沒有窗户，非常尷尬。
洗完澡整個客廳都是水，因為太小了！
服務：服務還不錯，但真的不推薦，因為不太舒服。
