房間和位置都挺好的，28層頂層，緊鄰海邊，樓下吃飯的挺方便，老闆還給了推薦美食和打卡的攻略！
不過現在的季節屋裡真的挺冷的，夜裡海風呼呼的吹，夜裡有點吵！另外兩張一米二床的屋，空調沒那麼給力，有點冷！整體都挺滿意，不錯

房間裝修不錯，房東有問必答，位置到好，出門方便，但是床品不舒服，而且床單是灰黑色，感覺不乾淨，不是一客一換，住的兩天颳風颳了兩天，由於樓層高，整晚上聽到呼呼的風聲，太影響睡眠了，門窗漏風，空調都不起作用，房間裏有點冷。

祥雲廣場對面即到，房間陽台，房間能看見海，客廳看見風車山。房間乾淨，風格簡約。可以在附近的山頂菜場買海鮮回來自做。感覺是選對了。
