衞生條件一般，桌子上客客户的使用痕跡還在，沒有擦洗過桌子，隔音條件很差，晚上如果隔壁或者上下游有人在聊天的話會很吵，隔壁住的應該是長期的一家人，早上7:00多就被吵醒了，陽台窗户也比較臟，海景房看不到日出日落，如果期待這方面的，不建議入住。整體感覺這個性價比並不高，衞生環境一般，隔音效果很差，投影儀質量很**，如果有其他備選酒店的話，不介意入住這一家。當然如果有錢多什麼都無所謂的，當我沒説，反正我個人入住，感覺是很差的，非常影響睡眠。

整體來説，在南澳島要找個能有山景的酒店，個人建議住這間，雖説位置會有點偏，司機可能不會願意載進去，不過不妨礙這個地方夠清凈，注意要提前跟民宿方電聯
