公寓房，房間還可以，位置不錯周邊商業也比較全，吃喝都有 ，性價比比較高。有冰箱，有電磁灶，比較方便，加油。

房間內的傢俱略顯陳舊，樓層在二樓可以看到大海，停車費不算貴才12元，樓下有租電動車的商家，附近飯店也很多

關於住房環境差，凌晨一點出入住，凌晨一點多要退房的故事
實話説，房間環境中規中矩，在這個價位算過得去，重點是在海邊潮濕，換了一次房間，牆壁基本都會發黴，而且是一大片！房間裏面一大股黴臭味！住了那麼多次民宿第一次踩雷！
如果不是因為有孕婦，本想着換了一次房間後，打開窗户，大門透氣一下，湊合睡一晚，凌晨一點出入住，也是很晚了，再換估計也一個德性，老闆也沒有表達可以退款的意思，我們鋪完自帶的一次性被套床單，躺下最多十幾分鍾，最終凌晨一點多忍受不了直接收拾東西離開民宿，到附近的酒店住下，發微信給老闆問能不能退款也沒答覆，等到早上快九點才説住了不能退，經過協商最終結果就是扣留衞生費50元，其他退不了，算是長教訓了，微信也被刪了，如果不是被刪，不會來差評，這種服務態度有必要讓其他消費者見識到！

民宿出門就是海邊🏝️，是自助入住形式，很簡單不復雜，地下停車場直做地鐵電梯就到房間了，預訂後會有房東添加微信告知入住流程，還附贈旅遊攻略，很貼心，房間也很大，很乾凈，附近美食很多，也有玩的沙灘🏖️，下次過去南澳還會選擇，推薦推薦。👍
