"I was unsure what to expect as the hotel is slightly remote and we did not have a car. Read that there is a shuttle bus but I request twice on the schedule via trip app but received no response 🤨
Had to request a Japanese hotel that we stayed before prince to help us check out the timing of the bus schedule and we also went to travel information counter and finally got the timing. Phew.
The staff at the hotel are very friendly. Special shout out to Peter from Canada who is born and raised in Hokkaido. He is such a nice and warm person who offered us lots of advice around Onuma. Prince hotel is very lucky to have a staff like him!! 👍"

"There are hot springs ♨️,  breakfast,  dinner, dinner is very rich, it is Genghis Khan barbecue, the place is very quiet, the waiter is very good, I like the hotel very much, there is a chance  will come again next time."

"This is the most satisfying hotel on this trip. The location is excellent. It's about a seven or eight minute walk from JR Onuma Park Station. We were pulling our suitcases and looking for the way that day. An uncle from the hotel saw us and came to greet us. The hotel is inside the park. The service is very meticulous. The supplies in the room were introduced one by one, and they also found the right size of clothes and shoes for my husband and children. The private bath room I booked included dinner and breakfast. It was so comfortable to soak in the hot spring while looking at the snow scene. The dinner and breakfast were also delicious. I will go there again in the future"

"Room service and onsen is tiptop. Just location is a little far from the center. Probably only suitable for those using shinkasen transit. If you have JR pass, it will take 20 mins to go to center of hakodate where all the main activity are available."

"Super close to the JR station (3 mins walk)! If you have an early/late JR ride, this will be the best option for you! The room size was decent with more than enough amenities provided. A highlight would be having a vending machine that filled with snacks and ramen. You don’t have to starve yourself when everywhere else was closed in the dark."

"以前この地域に住んでいたので、日帰りで何度も入浴していました。よく知っている施設のほうが母も安心かと思い、今回朝食を付けて洋室に泊まりました。
部屋もゆったりめで、セミダブルベッドでゆっくり休めました。
温泉はもともとアメニティなしなので、フロントで最小限のものをいただきました。部屋にはお風呂に持って行くプラバスケットも用意されており、便利でした。
洗顔料や化粧水はありません。
温泉のドライヤーはコイン必要ですが、部屋にあります。
朝食は定食です。刺身、焼き魚、たらこ、煮物等。
ホテルなどでは朝食バイキングが多いですが、高齢の母には少し大変なので、定食は助かります。おかずもおいしかったです。
温泉のお湯がいいのは知っていたので、満足しています。
Wi-fiがなかったのが残念なところです。(多分なかったと思います)"
