酒店前台服務員素質有待提高，我開的五人間 衹有四台電腦兩瓶水。讓服務員送水來，非要收費，後面前台給我免了三瓶水的錢，我第二天就去酒店前台提了一嘴，前台那位直接給我懟回來，而且態度非常不好的説不是給你免了水錢嗎？怎麼還有話説呢？我作為消費者 我缺你那幾塊錢水錢嗎？咋的我消費了提個建議有問題嗎？況且是你們酒店服務不到位我才提的。 強烈建議經理 老闆 換一個合格的前台

近三年均都住這裏，硬件軟件均達高星標準，衞生保潔阿姨素質極高，比華美達，宜和園同價位高几個檔次。
26入住，但28日續住（19點）前台在未取得本人同意前提下講要續住碼，私自拿本人手機操作寫評論，不知這種是否會影響酒店形象。
好就是好，不要畫蛇添足，能否改變一下！
