Ibis hotels have a strict no-cancellation policy with no room for negotiation. I booked a month in advance, but even when I requested to cancel because the hotel was too far from my destination, they refused, showing a very unhelpful attitude. They wouldn't refund a single penny. So, everyone, please make sure to double-check the address before booking; don't place an order lightly!

The hotel is located in the suburbs, and the environment is very comfortable. The hygiene is excellent, and the rooms are larger than other European hotels. There's a water dispenser available in the elevator lobby. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces. Satisfied.
