위치가 좋습니다만 카운트담당이 손님이 지나다녀도 거의 무시하는 수준이라 서비스업을 하는 곳인지 의심스러웠습니다. 단체손님이 많은걸까요? 겨울이라 단체는 없었는데 느낌이 싸늘했습니다.

급하게 잡은 숙소였는데 방도 괜찮았고 시설도 좋았어요. 편하게 묵기 좋네요. 조식도 맛있고 자극적이지 않은 맛이라 좋았어요! 가족이랑 왔는데 가족들 모두 만족스럽다고 하네요^^

Buffets and a la carte dishes are too small in quantity and not much in content, so the price is expensive just to eat and drink, and even though coffee is takeout, it is more expensive than most lounge cafes. The price sucks. I had breakfast without a choice because there was nothing around, but I don't want to go back next time, and I don't want to recommend it either. .. ㅠ Even though it's a double bed, it's too small and too soft for two people to sleep in, so I couldn't sleep properly. Tourists can be uncomfortable because Namhae is still underdeveloped and there are no hotels, but I hope they have more facilities. Maybe it's because of the post-COVID-19 situation, the overpriced rates are too high. I think that. Oh, and why is there a special request section? It's never been followed... It's not difficult, and I always ran out of towels, so I asked for 2 extra towels, but shouldn't they be prepared in advance? The front desk says to ask if you need it when you check in, but do you have to ask if you need it after washing? When you enter the room, if you prepare it in advance, you can bring it in. It's a pity. I hope that travelers will take note.
