우선 모든 시설이 낡고 청결하다는 느낌을 못받았습니다.
침대시트에 먼가 덕지덕지 이염된 부분이 꽤있고 화장실에 머리카락및 물때가 있었습니다. 그리고 수영장에는 이끼냄새가 꽤 나서 불쾌했습니다. 평소가격이었다면 절대가지 않을것 같네요.

I went there for my birthday.
But ended up experiencing trashes all over the places including the discarded diapers in the shower area. So I raised the issue with attendant, who then only took away the diaper.
But this crazy hotel asked me to give me a photo, claiming that they cannot trust anything on my words alone. This is the level of service you can expect from 5 star hotel.
Seriously all over the world, poor and uneducated people all exhibit the same behaviour it is almost funny. Intrusive, neglectful and deceptive, knowing nothing but money, making others suffer and their own feelings. If they are told to do their job correctly, their almighty feelings get hurt and then they aim to revenge.
Hospitality industry has not suffered enough from the COVID.

Ananti is a great place to stay for a large family of 4 or more. It was great to be able to enjoy the natural scenery of Namhae and various activities. I really like it.

The hotel is located quite far from Namhae. The landscaping, including the walking path and streets, is excellent, but the hotel itself lacks facilities, so it may be boring. However, the view, the atmosphere of the room, and the room condition are all excellent, so I think it was a very satisfying trip. It seems to be a good place to stay for a trip to Namhae rather than a trip just to visit the hotel.
