This is the last option (the water heater is broken when the temperature is 12 degrees). There is no notification. I just sleep as is.

The room has cobwebs in the corners of the room. The toilet bowl has yellow stains that probably can't be washed off. And unfortunately, there is no water heater. The staff informed us that the rooms on the second floor of the resort do not have water heaters. This is the nightmare that we visited in December.
