I always come back to Twin Lotus every time I visit Nakhon Si Thammarat. It’s not because of the quality of stay but only because of the food. For me, Chinese food here is the best in town. Room’s spacious and bed’s OK for me. However, cleanliness and housekeeping really need more attention. I was in room no. 8011 which was very dusty and dirty. I noticed new sofa but the chair was still the same old wreck. Another point was that there was only one plug socket available in the room.

It is a hotel with very good service staff. The view is very good when going up to eat on the 5th floor. The most impressive thing is probably the service of the staff. Forgot something, the staff kept it for you all the time. Keep employees like this for a long time. Coming to Nakhon Si Thammarat, you must stop by this place. There is a room keeping and cleaning service if you need time to go out. It's back to being clean. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good and sincere hotel like this. It's very hard to find.

The room is beautiful with a beautiful view from every angle. The service is good. The breakfast is complete. The atmosphere was rainy when I went, but it wasn't really an obstacle. Overall, it was very good.

The hotel is located in the city center, near shopping malls and food sources. Traveling in the evening is quite congested. There is a parking area. The room and bathroom are clean, divided into wet and dry zones. Soap, shampoo, and cotton buds are provided. The air conditioning is cool and comfortable. The room does not have a hair dryer. There is bright light coming into the room.

The receptionist in the morning, hospitable and very good service. The room is a bit old, has a very damp smell, the mattress has ants, the pool is good, the children are very happy.

This is my 3rd time staying here. Convenient transportation, clean accommodations, close to many tourist attractions. Anyone who travels to Nakhon Si Thammarat I recommend taking a break.
