The room I booked was not available. The staff downgraded the room to a cheaper room without informing me.
The bathroom had a strong smell from the drain and there were cockroaches running around. I asked the staff to take care of the cockroaches. Three hours later, they were still running around in the room, but Frondes said they had already taken care of them.
The breakfast was horrible and disgusting. I had to ask the staff to make me more fried eggs and I had a frown on my face even though I still had plenty of time to eat.
The overall condition of the hotel was unsightly and not maintained.
The Kaeng Wang Yao area was okay. There was a lot of water. There was food for sale at a cheap price. There was a live band and a beer garden. The singer sang in a sleepy, drunk voice.

The accommodation is in a very good location. The atmosphere is good, but the room has quite a lot of insects. The water is not clean, reddish brown. There is no hair dryer.
