Хороший отель, просторные номера, чисто, персонал приветливый. рядом несколько ресторанов и кафе. Не плохой завтрак. Большая площадь, в 400 м супермаркет. Из недостатков, нет лифта, непонятная система кондиционирования, чуть лучше нужно следить за сантехникой, не работал холодильник. Довольно высокая цена для этого региона, отсутствие парков для прогулок вечером. Много народу во время завтрака при этом ресторан небольшой и тесный, персонал не успевает обслуживать большое количество гостей. В целом отель очень не плох.

We were staying here for two days. The rooms are large and excellent. Very friendly staff too. the choice of restaurants available is super. Our favourite place was the Batumi café. The courtyard is a beautiful place to hang around after the Sun dips in the evening.

The hotel is part of a large new shopping centre - with almost no customers- around a large courtyard (with a ATM). The breakfast, which had sufficient choice, was served in one of the restaurants in this centre. We stayed 3 nights in room 7 in this new hotel, on the first floor (as all rooms). Good beds, good WiFi and coffee/tea facilities. We seldom had such a large (and high) room, and a large bathroom, as this hotel. The staff, with some persons who spoke English, was very helpful to arrange a taxi for a daytour around the city to the main sights. From the hotel it is a walk of only a few minutes to the fortress and the Mausoleum of Noah. To the Khan palace and surrounding sights it is an about a 20 minutes walk. We would certainly stay here again if we ever would come again to this few visited but beautiful and very interesting region.

Muy decepcionado con el hotel. Las personas de recepción no hablan inglés ni parecen tener ganas de comunicarse contigo. Son ásperos en el trato, ni te dan la bienvenida ni muestran el mínimo interés en ayudarte. Cuando me dieron la llave de la habitación me señalaron las escaleras, me dijeron que no había ascensor y ni se dignaron a ayudarnos a subir el equipaje por las escaleras. Tres trabajadores en recepción de pie, detrás del mostrador cruzados de brazos viéndome cómo cargaba con las maletas como un Sherpa. El ambiente frio del hotel y la actitud de los trabajadores hace que te sientas desamparado ante cualquier problema que te pueda surgir durante tu estancia. Habitación grande y desangelada. Ropa de cama vieja, sábanas agujereadas. No volvería.

Great business like hotel, all mod cons, helpful staff, ample rooms, decent breakfast. Could be a high end hotel in any major city. Definitely the place to stay if you end up in this neck of the woods.

Прямоугольный и большой двор этого отеля подошло бы проведению тут праздничных мероприятий, концертов, ярмарок и т.п. С четырех сторон он ограничен 2 – 3-х этажными строениями отеля, на первых этажах которого расположилось много кафе и ресторанов разных кухонь, сувенирные магазины и развлекательные помещения. Фойе отеля не большое, но красивое. Коридоры широкие, светлые и с красивым ковралитом. Номера тоже обширные, с хорошим ремонтом. Меблировка отеля и атрибуты ванных комнат немного износились. Персонал улыбчивый и услужливый, но завтрак скудный. Месторасположение не плохое.

We stay in this hotel 1 day but for us it was great place. The rooms was clean, all stuffed, good breakfast is incluided. The hotel is situated in the center and near there are lots of restaurants, cinema.

A very modern hotel with luxurious , well appointed rooms and bathrooms. The hotel is on one side of a large enclosed square, modelled on ancient caravanserai, with several restaurants, shops, cinema etc. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant - no problem for an evening meal with several eateries in the square (I tried the Georgian which was fine), but breakfast is also taken there, and was in effect an airline meal of a plastic tray with an assortment of goodies - quite nutritious but no choices. Bearing in mind where Nakhchivan is, I was very comfortable and happy to spend the night there.
