Veel herhaling tussen de gangen. Onderdelen van het voorgerecht (salade, sauzen, risotto, courgettebloemen) zaten ook bij het hoofdgerecht. Elk hoofdgerecht had dezelfde garnituur. Kindermenu was niet aan de kinderen besteed (kinderen eten niet echt een assortiment aan charcuterie en terrine). Ijs was geschift. Eerst dacht ik dat er kokos door zat of dat de textuur zo hoorde omdat het huisgemaakt was, maar uiteindelijk werd ik er misselijk van en heb ik overgegeven. We hebben ook lang gezeten (19:00-22:30 voor drie gangen), maar dat is op zich begrijpelijk omdat het restaurant vol zat. Bediening was vriendelijk. Locatie was mooi.

Expérience restaurant : près de 30 minutes d’attente entre l’entrée et le plat principal et ce pour les trois tables de convives. Pas acceptable. Alors qu’en extérieur il y n’y avait pas de monde. Musique en salle, trop forte et non adaptée à une ambiance intime. Plat de résistance, bonbons de langoustines, bien trop salé. Avons demandé conseil pour un vin rouge léger et le vin servi était à 14,5° …costieres de Nîmes, connu pour sa lourdeur. Bref, restaurant qui n’est plus du tout au niveau de ce qu’il était avant 2020. Ajoutons à cela une salle intérieure bien froide. Dommage, mérite mieux.

En famille dans ce restaurant un dimanche soir. Service très bien et sympathique. Les plats sont travaillés et de bonne qualité et ce jusqu'au dessert. La salle est agréable, chic mais pas guindé. Bonne adresse dans ce village touristique.

Excellente restauration, des mets succulents et assez copieux . Bon rapport qualité prix par rapport à la qualité des plats. La serveuse est vraiment charmante. Bon accueil dans cette établissement que je recommande vivement, dans ce beau village de Najac.

La vraie perle de Najac. Accueil exceptionnel, gentillesse et bienveillance tout au long du séjour, première fois qu'on nous appelle régulièrement par notre nom de famille. Chambre super, avec petite alcove très agréable. Rien ne manque et restaurant de grande qualité, nourriture et service au top. A recommander sans hésitation

Pour rendre visite à un couple d'amis, nous avons réservé en demi-pension pour quelques jours. Hotel trés propre, bonne literie, le tout dans un cadre splendide. Côté cuisine, le top du top, cuisine raffinée avec les produits du terroir, une petite touche du chef qui cultive son potager, pour confectionner ses mets. Une mention personnelle pour l'équipe trés sympathique, à votre écoute. Je recommande cette établissement

This is the 3rd time I've stayed at the L'Outsal del Barry... But the first time in the hands of these owners. Much work has been done to this wonderful establishment, and all of it sympathetic and for the good. (Not that its wasn't good before... Having stayed twice back in the 1980's & 1990's, Najac and this hotel have always had a warm pace in my heart). The evening meal came with wine chosen for each course... just amazingly good! The breakfast was equally pleasant in a quiet breakfast room with panoramic views across the gorge. My room this time was on the 2nd floor overlooking the gorge. A good size, clean, with a comfortable bed and excellent en-suite. There is a lift. The staff are lovely. Friendly and helpful. I'll be returning!
