Very satisfied, this is the best hotel I stayed in in the UK for more than half a month. It is clean, the service is good, and the area is quite large. Nairn is a very beautiful town. It is picturesque to have breakfast in the hotel's breakfast room.

We had a group of six stay here for two nights last week. As soon as we showed up we immediately knew it wasn’t going to be long enough. The owner, Ryan, was amazing. He was helpful with every single of our millions of questions. He immediately offered to make us reservations for local restaurants he recommended. One evening we got back late from a tour and had pizza delivered so it was there for us when we arrived. When we walked in he took it and warmed it up in the oven for us because we got back later than expected. When we were looking to hire a private transport to our next location he took it upon himself to reach out to local drivers for us. On top of a top notch owner with great customer service, the place is so quaint, beautiful inside and out and so clean. We couldn’t have loved our stay more. If you’re looking for a place with beauty and heart and history, this is it!!

On a weekend break we stayed one night in the Bunker room which appears to be converted staff quarters. The bathroom is frustratingly small and the full kitchen unnecessarily large. The basin being so small in the bathroom i washed my face in the kitchen. This accommodation is only really suitable for one person on a long stay. It's a nice space, except the bathroom which is tiny. It just needs some reassignment of space to make it work for guests. Both the kitchen taps and shower knobs are so tight, they were very difficult to use. We also noticed the Tunnocks teacakes were expiring the day we arrived. On a positive note, the beds and pillows are comfortable. Car parking was good and access to the beach was perfect.

Beautiful property and surroundings. Room was nice and clean albeit the shower facilities were not the best. Friendly staff.

I stay here regularly for work and it’s honestly one of my favourite places to come back to. The rooms are modern but still have a lovely traditional Scottish feel. I’ve stayed in everything from small doubles to luxury kings, and every room has been spot-on—comfortable, spotless, and really well thought out. As a woman travelling on my own, I always feel really safe here, which makes such a difference. It has that homely feel but still feels like a proper hotel, which I really like. The bar area is beautiful, the gardens are full of colour with lovely flowers, and the sea view is honestly the best along this stretch of coast. There’s private access straight onto the beach, and loads of great places to eat nearby too. Breakfast is always fresh and delicious—the scrambled eggs and black pudding are amazing. But honestly, it’s the staff who make this place. They’re so friendly, genuine, and always make you feel welcome.

We would highly recommend this hotel. We had a room on the ground floor which was ideally situated and it had a walk in shower. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent.

Feel a bit mean giving a “4*” If possible I would give a 4.5*. The room was amazing large with wonderful views over the Moray Firth and great for a comfortable nights sleep. Bathroom a little plain. Breakfast was good and staff helpful. The location is better than it looks on google maps as there is a lovely secluded private path to the coast and a beautiful walk to the Sun Dancer restaurant. There is a bar though some obvious selections are missing and there was a smell of boiled food in the evenings permeating the building. There are no evening meals available for guests. Had a lovely experience and there was plentiful parking. When we come back to Nairn we would consider returning.
