Extremely welcoming staff. They were contantly enquiring about how they can assist us. Exceptional service. The resort is also very well located. The scenery from their extensive lawns opens up to the Kosi river! The resort is also very well landscaped. The gym was well equipped. The swimming pool was very inviting but we didn't use it. The breakfast and dinner buffet spreads were also very tasty! All in all an excellent resort to wind down.

Tathastu wilderness by the kosi river is a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. Being close to the river makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

The staff was cordial and promptly addressed our needs. The room was spacious and full of facilities on top of the basic amenities. The washroom was clean and well-maintained. There was fixed timing for hot water, which was conveyed to us early on, so there was no hitch because of that. We were able to go out anytime and come anytime without any fuss.

GGuest UserI will not write so positively about our stay very quickly, this based on a stay of 2 nights. Just pleasantly pleasant. The restaurant was very good, and adapted dishes per person, to personal taste. Breakfast package was prepared, because we left at 06.00.
Suggestion: the soft drinks cooled would be nice (ice cubes were offered). In the room at the long desk ***** the wall, please 1 or 2 power outlets to connect your laptop and such.

GGuest UserI have had great experience so far in the hotel. The room was clean and the staff was so polite and was ready to serve. We were happy after the stay and ut felt worthy coming here. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues. Amarjeet at the reception was polite and was available at our requirements. Arun chef is one of the best cooks. The food was incredible.

GGuest UserHotel condition was not much good. And rooms are smaller than seen n pictures. Also hotel will charge much extra for each facility like heater and all compared to nearby other hotels. They even charged 500 extra for early check in

TTanu TrivediHotel was good,rooms were neat and clean, had to climb stairs as there were no lift which is common in mountains. Big and spacious rooms but what ruined our trip was the manager who charged ₹1000 for two rooms for early check in and ₹2000 for extra bedding which was way too much compared to other hotels in Nainital.
While the hotel isn’t even on the main road, you have to walk for 10 minutes from Mall Road to reach at the hotel.
