India Hotel - Lake View - Mall Road Nainital

Staff cooperative, and excellent hospitality and location next to Lake, connected to Mall and at Prime Area. Though rooms are good but needs to slight overhauling

Location is amazing... Staff is courteous and attentive. We booked 3 rooms with a Lake view. The view was so mesmerising. Food is delicious with affordable prices. The location is the USP of this hotel. Sightseeing places are near by so easy to go there.

India Hotel – Extremely Disappointing Experience One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. We booked four rooms on the first floor through an online platform, relying on the reviews and room photos they provided. But the reality was completely different. Before booking, I even spoke to their representative, who assured us that the rooms had world-class facilities. Sadly, this was far from the truth. We stayed for two days only because we had paid the full amount in advance. After 10 PM, there were no intercom services available. The washrooms had almost no water supply, and the overall condition of the rooms was absolutely pathetic.

The location of the India Hotel is perfectly placed in the center of Mall Road and walking distance to nearby restaurants and boating places. The food and services were excellent Staff was polite and courteous The room has a view of lake and spacious balcony in front of the room. One thing to upgrade the interior of the Room and beddings were not comfortable to sleep. Overall nice experience and will recommend the hotel to others due to its location advantage and spacious rooms

The rates given by make my trip was 30 percent higher than the hotel tariff card and even they were further offering discounts. In two day trip U paid Rs 7000/- more to make my trip. No body wash was available in the room. Towels were dirty had to replace. Rooms were of old construction. No heating arrangements even it was 12 degree temperature at Nainital on that day. Over all I felt cheated to get it booked through make my trip

the toiletries and the interiors needs improvement. the location is fantastic but the interiors , housekeeping, room service is lacking
