Location very good. The service was poor The bathroom was very old we asked to change it but they did not change . we had a train in the morning with no. Hot water after 6:30 only.

Everything is very good about this hotel. Good location, neat and clean room, tasty food, very beautiful interior. Room service is very good and all the people in the hotel are very polite.

Very nice overall experience. We had booked non lake facing rooms but were very lucky to get an upgrade for lake facing top floor room. Very impressed with cleanliness of rooms.

The hotel location is perfect overlooking Naini lake. The hotel has cozy rooms with facility for hot water. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful.
The top floor of hotel gives an excellent view of hills and lake.
Of a person is early riser, he can capture the sun rising from behind the mountains.
By the way the hotel is named after two brother's nickname Channi & Raja.
The elder brother sits in the hotel reception and had lot of stories to tell about old times in Nainital.

Good location, just in front of the nainital lake and on the mall road. Service is very quick. Food is also very good.
