The place was good. we booked heritage room with balcony. Room size was apt and service was also good. Though the breakfast they served on day 1 was not satisfactory enough as number of options were few but Day 2 breakfast was good and chai was quite good :)

Nice hotel, best point is lake view can see almost full lake view from room. location is good but approach road is very stiff not good for old people or has knee problem.
Food quality is good. Breakfast is good but very limited options.
Restaurant should have more professional staff.

very good location. Staffs of the hotel were very well behaved and promptly attended to our needs. However, one thing that appeared a bit awkward to me was placement of towel rod/rack right above the commode. Apart from the above fact, overall stay at the hotel was very good.

I stayed in deluxe room of hotel himalaya, and the entire view is amazing you can watch the entire nainital from the hotel and the lake view is amazing from the hotel. Food was awesome and delicious. Also hotel have its own parking for four wheelers.
