The hotel has great view of the Nainital Lake, the breakfast was also good , however the rooms are not clean as expected and was dirty at the time of check in . Not all the rooms are in good shape and there are lots of stair case to get to the best view of the lake which is mentioned above.

Hospitality is wonderful. Vehicles can drive up to drop / pick up at floor. So many indoor amenities to enjoy. Plus the daily news papers. We don't look at TV; others may be fond of. Cleanliness is good and also the food. A few disturbance are repaired soon. Habitation appears to be secured.

It was really a pleasant experience staying in Himalaya Hotel again after 26 years.
Hotel staff is very helpful and quick at service. Food is normal but your Location of this property is just perfect and will give you an amazing panoramic view of Lake and mountain together. My room was C10 ,on 4th floor the best one of this hotel. Only one thing is missing is Lift which is ignorable if you are young fit guys.
Other rooms at lower floors are also nice with views but not premium like C10 category

The hospitality is pathetic
Staffs doesn’t even care if you’re facing inconvenience and the rooms are not built well, the knots are missing etc, can get somewhere else in this price
