I always stay in namah corbett and with that experience I stayed in namah nainital, but it was pathetic
i stayed in family room and below my room there were people partying in balcony till 2am , I requested them I requested hotel authorities but they told me sir they are are not listening , and MOD told me to shift the room at 3am in night and I have to wake up my 8 year old son at 3am and we took another room , and they still continued there party till 4am the security arrangements were pathetic, there has to be a protocol that no guest can party in balcony after 12am and should not disturb another guests, i could not sleep entire night , my experience was very bad and will visit again only if namah make some protocol about timings of night party in room balcony

I believe the hotel has been recently renovated and it certainly felt brand new! The hotel is situated in the town with great views of the lake. Rooms are very comfortable with excellent amenities and a nightly turn down service with chocolates was a very nice touch. The bar was just off the reception and was excellently stocked with most drinks available. The restaurant was situated on the ground floor and the extensive menu offered local mountain dishes, north and South Indian cuisine as well as international food also served. Breakfast was buffet style with breads and eggs cooked to order. Excellent service and friendly staff!

The booking show-ex king size bed and when we actually went at location we were been given queen size bed which was quite uncomfortable throughout the night. The food offered in breakfast was also cold not even like warm enough. At the night we asked for glass of warm milk for my child so for that i had fo call twice or thrice.

Best place to stay in Nainital! Manisha was excellent in services!! This is my go to place from now on!! My mother , son , wife had the best and comfortable stay! My son says he wants to stay here forever! Kids! Thanks to the team, their flexibility and support!
