worst ever stay ! don’t opt for this property in corbett • limited staff - rooms not made, no staff in kitchen and took almost 1hour for the orders to arrive.
• staff partial towards few guests as we asked for bonfire but they denied and surprisingly they did put bonfire for some other family in the lawn. • front desk executive full of attitude & egoistic. has no manners to talk or to accept the mistake. was good only at one thing, that was arguing. people like him should not work in the hospitality industry. • rooms + property in pathetic condition. don’t go on the image uploaded by the hotel, the ground reality is very very different. whole property is covered in cobwebs including rooms. the washrooms are in worst conditions with non-functional flush systems. no mini-bar in rooms. top floor and few rooms under maintenance/constructions which gave the whole property a ******* vibe. overall the property is just to worth to stay. very very poor experience !

They are commit for giving bath tub room but after check in they sad all room are dirty so u have to adjust in this room only or the telephone service is not working even toll free number is not picking up

The place is good, but restaurant services couldn't be availed much by the boarders owing to unrealistic pricing of the food. It was noticed that the boarders were availing food services from outside. The road is narrow in front of the hotel and, therefore, very vulnerable to any road accidents. It's strongly recommended for review of the pricing of the restaurant. Secondly, breakfast should be inclusive of the room rent

The rooms were very dirty with poor maintenance. The staff was untrained with the receptionist unable to understand the basic calculation of the bill during payment. The food was very average with sky high rates. Would not recommend this property to anyone.
