This hotel which used to be a premium property some 10 years back has become an average resort due to lack of maintainance and restoration. This was my 4th stay in le r oi corbett and i have seen things coming downhill in last 10 years. Majorly due to lack of maintainance. Staff tries to do their best to satisfy customers need but hotel management seriously needs to look into restoration and maintaining it properly. This doesn't looks like a 3 star property, however if you are in tight budget only, take the stay over here.

The property is an old aesthetic one, giving old colonial days vibe. Summing pool is super clean. The food and service was also very good. Had a pleasant stay.
