Had a lovely weekend at juSTa Mukteshwar Retreat & Spa with my husband and daughter! The property is beautiful and peaceful, and the view from our balcony was absolutely stunning. We especially loved the temperature-controlled pool and jacuzzi — such a treat in the hills! Big shoutout to Mr. Dilip Kumar for his warm hospitality and making our stay so comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing family break!

The place,location and the ambience is amazing. We loved the 360 degree view of the mountains ,the rooms and hospitality was very nice special mention for Mr Dilip who made our stay very comfortable. However the improvement can be for the food/chef ,though the food is not bad but it can surely improve. All in all wonderful experience.

The stay was comfortable..the food was very good and the staff was very polite and courteous...Mr Ramesh Chandra ji took us was avery nice village trek till the waterfall...he took very good care of all the people on the trek. The kids got friendly and ramesh was helpful to get us back uphill which was really tough for us ..the rooms were good the place was good. Overall a great stay

The staff is very polite, courteous and helpful. Food is good. Dilip, the manager was very helpful at all times and provided valuable tips. Kanchan was very sweet and prompt. Ramesh gave us a great experience in the trek and was very patient and helpful. He gave us an awesome picnic. The hotel is good and comfortable but has a lot of steps but then mountain hotels require it for all levels. Would loyto come again. Thank you

Hotel is very good, hotel staffs are very familiar.Breakfast and dinner buffet dinner was good. But 2nd day low occupancy they give alacarte We requested safe to make kumauian mutton and thay made. But taste was not as aspected. But rest food was very good. And for bone fire they charged bill in washing and also add 18%GST on that. This things should not done by reputed hotel group. Location is good but 5/6 KM road is under construction. Reaching there is little tuff. And no any market near 10km from there. My room no was 203. Regards

Amazing resort with breathtaking nature view . Ambience was to the point and all amenities added to our joyous vacation. There are many facilities like spa, gamezone jacuzzi, swimming pool etc which make the resort a perfect destination for a joyous vacation.

Excellent stay experience. I went with family and friends and all of us had a great time for the three days. It was my 40th birthday and all the events planned by my wife were greatly managed with the help of Mr. Soukanto. He was always available and supervised everything perfectly and also shared his views in terms what can be done more. Overall, everyone enjoyed and had a lovely time.

Excellent stay! The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the city. The service was top-notch, thanks to the exceptional efforts of Dileep and Girish. Their friendly and attentive approach made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
