Stay from 11th April to 13th April 2025:- 1 - Worse Food Quality & they are not able to handle the crowd even, you’ll take 2 hours to finish your breakfast & dinner because of unavailability of food. Also there are very less options for food. 2 - Pathetic rooms condition, toilet flush was not working, toilet & balcony locks was not working & we were forced to use other room’s washroom. The room & washroom both were smelly. 3 - The property temp. Owner Ritu is not at all responsible person, she had multiple discussion with us before the booking & she assured us that, your stay will be pleasure, but after booking, she was even not bothered to take our calls & complaints. 4 - Property GM Suresh was not able to manage the crowd & I think he doesn’t know the meaning of “Hospitality” word. For every complaint, he was like, what can I do? 5 - No child safety railing in balcony. 6 - Pool was good, Property space is good.

The washrooms are dirty. No cleanup in the pool. The rooms are not clean. Door locks are broken. Not a good experience. Poor quality crockery into dining.

Poor housekeeping. No water is provided in the room post multiple Poor service, staff is rude. Food is repeated in lunch and dinner. Washroom is not that good with water leaks. Room is spacious but floor is broken with multiple cracks. Also location is very far from Corbett park.

Very poor Service. House keeping not cooperative. Not even providing cool water. After calling numerous times person comes to give normal water and then disappears. Big rooms but AC not working properly. Worst cooling. Room cleaning not done at all.

Great stay with corbett soho, beautiful retreat away from city life and in the mountains, view is awesome for photography, service was really nice and caretaker was cooperative and very helpful. I would highly recommend everyone to go for this hotel

We was great stay at corbett soho resort. Beautiful property, amazing views from the window, always ready to help. Food delicious and served in great manner. Staff also very much courteous. Overall stay was an awesome experience.

Great stay for family specially for kids, food was awesome the location is perfect. It gives you view of the whole corbett. This proeprty so big & very neat & clean place.
