The worst ever experience of hotel. Didn't have even geyser working in bathroom in -2 degrees. Irresponsible staff and reception persons. No heater in rooms. None of the staff had a responsibility for service to customers. Will never visit this hotel

The staff here, Lalit Rawat and broker Ramesh Chandra Joshi are very polite people, they neither have the manners to talk properly,bs inko inki payment mil jaye, uake baat ye costomers ko kuch nahin samajhte, na time pe service provide krwate, na kitchen staff clean rehta h, na hotel room clean hain inke, nor are they concerned about providing service to the customers. I would request the hotel owner to remove them from the job, so that the image of your hotel does not get tarnished because of them.
