This hotel is discriminatory to foreign travelers. There is no hot water kettle, no air conditioner, no daily cleaning. Their price is double that of other similar hotels who do happily welcome foreign guests. Their management claimed it was an issue with local rules which obviously was a lie because other better and very close by hotels in nainital (on the lake) happily accepted us for half the price. Customer service is a big zero here.

I m very disappointed with hotel. Room was too small. Washroom was dirty. Dirty room, bedsheets. They wasn't provide heater. No electric kettle in room. Completely unhygienic
