Hotel is good. Stay was fine but staff at front desk is not very cooperative. Staff is restaurant is good and humble. I will think twice while book this hotel again. Much better options are available at nainital

it's not real manu maharani hotel. This manu maharani regency 1 star hotel with broken locks, shabby interior, poor service, no parking..it was a terrible experience. The real manu maharani hotel is bought by Radisson and renamed as Namah. we didn't knew that while booking and we fall in trap. we paid per night and it was not worth. we tried to cancel but this hotel did not refunded, so we had to experience torture. please stay away from this hotel

Using make my trip app and doing my all bookings of Hotel and flight from last more than 15 years. This time they have charged four time tariff from me compare to hotel direct booking. I have send four mails to make my trip but reply has been received so far.
