Very bad staff. No respect to talk … only the hotel location is good as it is on Mall Road otherwise the rooms and the staff is terrible. The worst part is the behaviour of the staff. Worst experience ever. I would not recommend anyone here you will suffer and if you have a pet and you ask them is your hotel pet friendly than they will reply so rudely that you will feel like giving them a slap

We went to the Hotel on the 27th October'22. It was the most comfortable stay at Flatties, Mr. Shailender Shah , the owner of the hotel so well behaved and helpful. Before coming to his hotel in Nanital. We were in Bhimtal and didnt haved any place to stay so we called Shailender ji who was so helpul by suggesting another hotel in Bhimtal by the name Saphire Inn, a very beautiful hotel and lovely location it is situated . Flatties is right on the mall road of Nanital and bang opposite to the Boat House Club of Nanital. We could see a lovely view from the hotel to the Nani Lake , we could also see Naina Devi Temple from there. We had a comfortable stay and the hotel staff was also very helpful and courteous. It's never happened that in the Hotel we stayed that we went to the Hotel Owner's house . It was a special relationship which was built up from the time of Hotel booking right till the last day of our stay .Shailender ji's wife such a hospitable lady with her kindness made special Kumoni Halwa for us.Overall trip was lovely as also This Hotel is close to the Boat house club
