Good hospitality good location at Nanital. House keeping service is good. Shekhar and Bahadur bhai and Lakhan have give is very good housekeeping service. Thank you sterling hotel team.and food is also good and amazing experience this hotel

Good service staff polite and respectful and amazing food. House keeping staff is excellent led by mr lakhan prasad. Breakfast buffet servea variety of great cuisine with restaurant staff pradeep and manoj bishtji...overall a great experience...

The hotel is beautiful. The staff and service is amazing. Manoj Bisht ji was very polite and helpful. The food is 10/10. Would definitely recommend. They also provided early check-in and were very accommodating with everything that we needed.

Food was quite good with ample variety. Table service was excellent. I got candle light dinner arranged in the room balcony. Experience was awesome. Rahul, Manoj Bisht and Pradeep did an awesome job. The experience was very satisfactory.

I love their Restaurant. Everything we ate the food was cooked fresh to order. A lot of the time I would ask if something not on the menu was possible to make and chef Sandeep/Anand Joshi would come talk to me. I would tell them my wish and they would always try to accomodate me, and even though they may not have had all the correct ingredients to make it, it would come out beautiful and always even better than I imagined. Manoj Bisht was our server. Always tending to our needs in a timely manner. He is always going above and beyond in every way to make sure our food and experience is enjoyable. Being from the U.S and eaten at many restaurants, he is honesly the best server I've ever had.

We came here to India from the USA to spend time with our son and his finance who is Indian. We are time share owners and have traveled many places and resorts all over the world. We have enjoyed all the staff and have been taken care of well. The highlight of our trip was the excellent attentive care and patience in the evening of the four nights we were here where server Manoj Bisht took great care to fulfill our every need. He even had the excellent chefs that work hear come out and listen to our requests of specific dishes not on the menus which they so graciously took time and effort to make for us. They even made my wife Kadha, at her request, as she was fighting a bad cold. The food was great! No complaints. Thanks, Sterling Nainital, you have made this part of our trip wonderful. Manoj you are the best server we have ever had!

The stay was wonderful. Customer service is great. People are very helpful. Property is clean. Location is beautiful. Food is very good as well. Lathan and Ritesh were very helpful. They made everything available for me. I really recommend this place. Love it ❤️
