Shivalaya Resort by Evaan, Near Kaichi Dham

Nestled in the serene embrace of beautiful hills, Shivalaya Resort is nothing short of a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and the beautiful landscape that set the tone for our stay. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The large balcony was the perfect spot for morning coffee, as the sun painted the hills in golden hues. The restaurant offers a varied menu featuring local ingredients, and every meal we had was a culinary delight.

the most pathetic resort ever in whole uttarakhand. staff is not co operative , misbehaving with customers , dirty water in taps, food was very unhygenic . stains on crockery. after all that road is very dangerous can damage your car very remote area, resort is not even worth of 300 rupees per night. please avoid this resort. they even ask guests to leave anytime by their own wish. very pathetic peoples and owner mainly the manager name omkar

I have been in the premises for 2 nights and it was worth it.. Starting from the arrival till the departure time each and every person of the hotel always carried a warm smile on the face with the "Namaste"!! Great hospitality. Home away from home and best place of Nainital for vacation… From morning breakfast to evening dinner enjoyed delicious food

We were on a corporate trip to Shivalaya Resort Nainital. The entire experience was amazing. We requested early checkin and as we arrived, all the rooms were fully ready. Staff very friendly and food quality ie very good. Overall experience was very good. The only thing that tops all that was perhaps the scenic beauty of the place .

The hotel room was neat and clean and spacious .Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food .We enjoyed the stay with our family.. I believe that the Shivalaya Resort is the best hotel in the nainital because of the service and staff. I would recommend to visit the hotel when in Nainital.

If you want to see good property with poor management then please visit here. The property is good with all amenities, but they don't have sufficient staff. One staff (Ritik) is handling all your queries, most of the time, no one is at reception or you will find locked reception. The intercom is not working, they have a television in the room but wifi is not working. They have a geyser in the bathroom, but hot water is not coming. They are claiming dinner time is 9 PM to 10.30 PM, but when you are visiting the restaurant at 10.00 PM, all the food containers are blank. You have to ask for each item to fill, and they will fill a few, for a few, they have a sorry word, "Sorry sir, kheer to khatam ho gayi". In the morning Breakfast, they are not serving basic things like bread butter jam, boiled eggs, or omelets. If you ask "Bhaiya, bacho ke liye sandwich bana denge?" you will get an answer "Sorry, bread to khatam ho gayi hai". At the time of checkout, when I was giving the above feedback to the Manager and expecting some compensation, he has only one word "Sorry sir, I can't do anything with the booking amount, abhi hum log reception ke samne he restaurant bana rahe hain, next time se problem nahi hoga". Sorry Manager, next time neither I am coming not suggesting anyone to visit your property.
