2.床墊過軟，但寬度足夠2個人睡。
3.房內提供簡單廚房、微波爐及調理廚具以便自炊
4.需自備盥洗用品，續住不更換床. 單及毛巾，提供洗衣機、烘衣機，飯店提供洗衣粉免費使用。
5.附近有超市(AEON Maxvalu)、藥妝、便利商店，整體很方便。
6.超市(AEON Maxvalu)停車場夜間12小時不到日幣1000元很便宜
7.離沖繩單軌旭橋站走路只要10分鐘
8.入住前一天會通知房號，當天直接從1樓入口信將，找到對應的房號取鑰匙自助入住
9.門口旁提供公用雨傘，方便應急使用。
10.退宿前須協助做好垃圾分類，電梯旁樓梯間門外有垃圾分類桶(可燃垃圾、回收物) ，特別留意寶特瓶，需要將瓶蓋轉下，寶特瓶的包裝紙撕下後，再進行回收

第一次訂這種跟屋主連絡的房間，Trip的客服很好一直幫忙我連絡。
但是在到達當天去到大樓信箱，什麼都沒有🫠
信箱外貼著我的名字，可是信箱裡什麼都沒有。我立馬連絡客服，告知情況客服也立馬幫我處理。可是房東沒有立馬看信息還怎樣，我們在大熱天的情況下足足在樓下等了超過1個小時。房東還再說一次鎖匙已放在信箱請我們查看，我整個人都想吐血了。我說我連別人家的信箱也找了，就沒有呀～之後再等等等一段時間，房東才下來查看-_-
她一直在大樓裡面！！！卻一直沒有下來。之後就說已經有放鎖匙可能別的客人拿錯。這已經不是重點了，我請她可以給我們別的房間使用嗎？找鎖匙的事你之後可以慢慢處理。之後就是等她找別的房間鎖匙給我們。拿到鎖匙都已經黃昏了…………🥲另外請旅行者留意拿房間鎖匙請看清楚，你一個行為影響其他人很不方便。
說回房間設備，乾淨衛生有家的感覺很好，房間有洗衣機，烘衣機，雪櫃是上下2門的很好。床很好睡，被套床套質感很好很舒服，露台可以晾衣服。因為房間設計問題，有1個床比較沒有空調吹到，要風扇幫忙吹，結果風扇是壞的，隔天早上9點多房東有幫我換掉。所以第一晚沒有睡太好。
