Very good location, near Kokusai-dori. Arriving from the airport you are an easy Yui rail ride to the hotel with the Miebashi station close by.
The rooms are small but have all you need with a hotel room. The water pressure with the shower is good. The refrigerator is cold and keeps your drinks cold.

The location and price are good, and it's been renovated so it doesn't feel old, but I was bothered by the stains on the desk and dirt on the floor. (It was a stain that could be removed with cleaning.)
I didn't want them to enter my room so I put up a sign saying I didn't want it cleaned, but when I returned to my room it was already cleaned, which was annoying.
Kokusai Street is really good for being able to drop by whenever you feel like it. Daiso is also nearby, so you can buy what you need after you arrive here.

When I made a reservation to extend my stay, I was told to check out and come back at 3 o'clock. I think this is a rare customer service, but I recommend it to people who don't get stressed out by this kind of thing. I'm sick of it. I'm fed up with it.
