We recently stayed in rm 9. Entering into the room the smell of stale cigarettes was apparent. Cigarette butts littered in the sand immediately in front of our room. The mattresses were uncomfortable.The pillows were of poor quality leading us to TJ Maxx for pillows. The bathroom ceiling was with water damage and black mold. We stayed 3 days. Housekeeping never came; no replacement of clean towels and we purchased additional toilet paper. We paid $200 per night...very poor quality.

Wonderful staff, they were extremely nice and most accommodating. Made us feel very welcome. Great view overlooking the ocean and pier. Our balcony was private with an ocean view that felt only feet away it was actually a very short walk to the beach. Third floor was very peaceful and quiet.

We had 3 rooms one on the third floor overlooking the beach that was ok. The other two were on the parking lot just below and were horrible. Old solid and stained sheets, torn and stained chairs dirty bathroom and bugs. The view was amazing but that about all this place has going for it.
