We stayed for 2 nights at this property near Sillari Gate, Pench. The stay experience is rated as satisfactory, not that good. Though the property is good, with extra spacious rooms, the room service and the facilities like Wifi, TV etc were pathetic. The food quality was average with room service poor. Even the complimentary things like Tea, Coffee, milk sachets and water bottles were to be demanded and only then provided. Nearness to Sillary Gate of Pench Tiger reserve is a plus point but the access road is bad, needs to be properly built.
The resort needs to improve on these aspects so as to ensure better stay experience for the visitors.

1. Google map shows wrong path to chhatwal tiger resort. This path does not exist. At evening when it was dark outside, near forest area, no help around, no phone network & with family. I was searching for this remotely located resort. Very scary & bad experience. 2. At resort tv was not working, so no entertainment. 3. Due to remotely located resort, food items were limited.

Spacious rooms, helpful staff, beautiful campus. Very near to sillari gate. Food was good and served in good quantity. No good road to reach the property, it's a kaccha road for around 500 meters ( mini safari. Google location is incorrect so check with the property before reaching.

Location is good but approach road is very bad, room is good but but water facilities is very poor. Food quality is bad as per charges. But room service staff is good.

Very bad experience. Booked 2 rooms at chatwal tiger resort. But after reaching there they said they are overbooked and no rooms were available.
