nice amenity all the staff is pleasant and very helping food is excellent overall it's a wonderful experience staff members are very humble and having a knowledge of what is the hospitality industry is. Ambience is very nice very neat and clean property and they believe in hygienic.

Clean rooms, Clean beds. But the Premium rooms we were in had No view - overlooks another building - thats a negative. Helpful staff. Restaurant food was good although overpriced. Table was rickety- needs to be looked into. Worst part was that there was a pre-wedding function where the loud music continued way past 10.30 PM. So, poor sleep quality. Close to Airport - that helped.

This is worst experience of price we paid to room and 3rd class of fecundity of Cockroaches& Mosquitoes in the room and very bad facility for drivers accommodation. Being opposite to Airport the hotel management is taking highly undue advantage of room process compare to room facilities . Dr MSR Raju , Hyderabad

We stayed in this hotel on our way to Pench/Kanha and also on the way back. I have never stayed in such a Bad hotel where everything was terrible. The night we checked on our way to the safaris we found the bedsheets, towels etc very dirty and had to get them changed. There weren't adequate number of towels when they were replenished. Per room one glass, one cup, one toothbrush given even though it was a double bedroom. In the second innings at this hotel it got worse though we were told that our room was upgraded. One concealed light constantly flickered till all the lights were switched off. There was a used sachet of dairy whitener stuck to the window and a few feet away from a room, in the corridor two girls played loud music as they practiced some dance steps. Upon complaining to the front office we were told that they were practicing for some function (at the cost of disturbing others). We ordered room service. Less said about the food the better it is. The windows are not soundproof so there is the sound from the traffic and parties till the wee hours of the night. Please avoid this place since it is just awful

Hotel is very good near Airport Metro station. To locate hotel step down from east exist of Metro station. Location is cool and free from disturbances of city..... Nice stay.... Food is good and close to aiport Well located near Pride hotel 👍

The Hotel is clean and well maintained. The only problem is it is bang on the highway in front, Loud Dhaba to the side and Railway line at the back. So be prepared to hear all this while you stay. Staff is courteous and friendly except the front office reception suited men. They are always grumpy and look like they are forced to work in the front office. Overall a good experience except for the few mentioned above.

Despite trying and asking several times, the tap water was just lukewarm. Finally, they got hot water in a bucket from the kitchen. The property is adjoining the highway, so the traffic noise continued throughout my overnight stay. The location is just 5 min away from the airport. They have a complimentary airport drop.

A very decent hotel close to the airport as well as the highway. The property is manned by very friendly and helpful people who are always ready to assist in any difficulty. The property is not very large and it shows. The room was not very spacious and the elevator is tiny. But the room was clean and hygienic. The check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. But these minor issues were overshadowed by the courteous and warm attitude of the staff. An example is that the person who took the order for our in-room dining didn't comprehend what we wanted and silently passed on the wrong order to the kitchen instead of clearing up the confusion. But then again the senior person in charge sorted out the problem smoothly within a short time. The biggest drawback of the hotel is the lack of secure parking space. This is a deterrent for motorists who travel around the country. Our car had to be parked on the kerbside of the main street. Also unloading/loading of our luggage from/to the car had to be done on the street itself. Overall, this is a nice place for a brief stay but not suitable for avid motorists for whom their car is also a member of the family.
