My recent stay at the nagpur ashok was highly disappointing. Despite ordering milk for my elderly parents, powdered milk was served, which was only admitted after confrontation with room service. The front desk was unresponsive and unhelpful, advising me to wait until 11 am for the manager’s arrival to address any concerns. The room was damp and smelly, and despite requesting a room freshener, it was never delivered. For a family room booked at 8k per night, the space was inadequate, with no chairs or sofas until requested, and a shockingly small bathroom (4x4 feet) where it was nearly impossible to move. Despite asking for a room change with a bigger bathroom, there was no response. This was my second stay, and after this experience, i will never stay here again or recommend it to others.

The reception crew was very polite... all the amminities in the hotel were really good. Food weather its breakfadt or lunch or dinner, was fresh and well cooked,hence tasty. While checking in it took a bit more time then it should have in real.

We recently celebrated my mother’s birthday at Hotel Ashok, and I cannot thank Khemchandra(Guddu Sir) enough for his outstanding service. From the very beginning, he was incredibly easy to coordinate with, always responsive and attentive to every detail. The decorations he arranged for the celebration were absolutely beautiful—elegant and beyond our expectations. He went above and beyond to make the entire experience seamless and handled everything with such care and professionalism. The level of service provided was exceptional, making us feel valued as guests. If you’re planning any special event , I highly recommend working with Khemchandra and his team at Hotel Ashok.

Rooms are of decent size and feel spacious. Breakfast can be improved in line with other luxury hotels. The receptionist needs to act swiftly for providing rooms though. The hotel staff are cordial. Food is decent with variety in menu. Shall suggest

Stinging the full area of hotel.watchman asking like Non sense ..Kaha Jana hai ..multiple cockroaches were waiting for me in the room..sound of Ac of the connected room could not allow to sleep…Feeling like robbed

The stay at ashok was pleasant mostly and they let us check in early. The family room we got was spacious and the staff friendly. They immediately attended to the changes we requested. The swimming pool was clean, live singing in the evening by the pool side was very good. The breakfast buffet spread can be better.
