In the hot summer, AC is not working.. actually it is only working but not cooling the room.can’t sleep whole night. Also smelling dampness. Very poor ventilation. Totally disappointing..

Place is beautiful. It’ s a hotel with heritage ambience, big chandeliers and expansive pool. Commodious rooms with pool view was awe strucking. The only thing was, breakfast was not served on time, lifts had musty smell and had less occupancy, you could feel a little lone.

most pathetic hotel experience ever, staff is extremely rude and ignorant especially the lady at the reception, they are very inconsiderate and the conversations are extremely arrogant, people should boycott such hotels. I was given a delayed check in and made to wait 5 hours, worst experience ever

I requested for getting boarding pass but staff in the morning at reception was not aware of boarding pass. Thanks for giving hard copy of the flight ticket. Tv in the room is not connected with cable, not been able to see News channel. However Stay was comfortable

Very thnx to Housekepong department is very Good excellent .Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful specially Mr. Rashid and Mrs Sharda and staf. lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
