優質服務，酒店新淨，房間整潔，設備齊全，尤其是清潔姨姨很盡責，所有用過的物品都給我換上新的，加上位置非常優越，衣食住行都十分方便，是我住過最好的酒店，perfect！

Hotel is conveniently located above the Nagoya station. Easy to move around. Restaurants are plenty at level 12 and 13. Also plenty of shops e.g. Takashimaya, Uniqlo, GU, Camera BIC can be found at same building.
Room size is slightly small but the view is good.
Buffet spread is not fantastic.
Check-in is at 3pm. Hotel is a too rigid. We reached there around 2.15pm and were told to come back at 3pm. When we came back around 2.55pm, there was a queue to check-in causing another 20 mins of waiting time to collect the key.

酒店地點是很方便，剛剛我們入住又是下雨天，使我們不會遇到下雨不便的問題，員工態度很，動間清潔，但可能大酒店並且已建一段時間，設備比較舊，上網連線不是很好，希望酒店能留意一下，入住後大致滿意
