I actually stayed a totally of 3 nights at this hotel, with one night skipped after the first. I asked the front desk if they could help me store one luggage overnight while we travel elsewhere, the staff said they canNOT. I don't know if this is a typical practice in Japan but I've made this kind of request when traveling elsewhere and I've never been refused. This made the experience even worse considering the walking distance from JR is actually farther they claimed. The hotel is actually not as close as it seems on map from JR by walking. Be aware if you have big luggage (esp. under cold weather).
Besides these issues, the room was clean and comfy.

We used this hotel when we were traveling with a large group.
The changing room also had two sinks and two hair dryers, so getting ready was smooth.
There was a washing machine (with detergent provided) and a bathroom dryer, so we used them. We'd like to use this hotel again.

This is the first stop of our family's trip to Japan. Although it is a little far from the station (10 minutes walk), it allows our family of 5 to gather under one roof and everyone feels happy. It is very rare! If you are with parents and children, I still recommend this hotel.
