伏見駅のエレベータからすぐの場所にあるホテル。荷物があってもアクセスしやすい。ただホテルの入り口が数段の階段となっており、バリヤフリーとはいえない。フロントは2階にあり、1台しかないエレベータは必ず2階に泊まって移動する。伏見駅はオフィス街であるが、周囲に飲食店はいくつかあり、コンビニはセブンイレブンがホテルの隣のビルに入っており、この点は使い勝手が良い。部屋は狭く、設備も古く最低限の物しか置かれていない。ちょっと困ったのは表通りを走るクルマの走行音。そんなに大きな音でないが、深夜でも走行音は聞こえるので、結構気になってしまった。
