Location is quite convenient for travel to places like Nagoya Hill Mall, Batam City Square, Grand Batam Mall etc. Cleanliness is in check too. However service have got room for improvement. Limit to 2 bottle of water per day, no extras will be entertained. Asked for make up room service, staff left towel on the table and left.

overall a really great stay here at aston batam hotel!
the room was really clean, no hair, no insects, no stains at all.
room service was thorough, clean up the bathtub really well for the next use.
will come back again.

this 3 bedroom apartment is just right for group of friends or family. had microwave, washing machine, fridge, electric kettle. spacious living room. indomarket is across the hotel. Pool is 6am-8pm, but they don’t provide pool towel. Grab car is accessible. Breakfast buffet had different varieties to choose from.

Truly Memorable Anniversary Staycation!
We booked our stay at Aston Batam Hotel & Residence to celebrate our team’s first anniversary and mentioned it during our booking. We were pleasantly surprised by the heartfelt effort from the hotel team; from the beautifully decorated mirror message to the delicious anniversary cake, everything made us feel so special! 🥰
The service was impeccable. The staff were all genuinely warm, friendly, and always greeted us with bright smiles that truly made our day. Every request we had was attended to with care.
Big thanks to Sefi and the team for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for amazing service and a personal touch!
