Truly Memorable Anniversary Staycation!
We booked our stay at Aston Batam Hotel & Residence to celebrate our team’s first anniversary and mentioned it during our booking. We were pleasantly surprised by the heartfelt effort from the hotel team; from the beautifully decorated mirror message to the delicious anniversary cake, everything made us feel so special! 🥰
The service was impeccable. The staff were all genuinely warm, friendly, and always greeted us with bright smiles that truly made our day. Every request we had was attended to with care.
Big thanks to Sefi and the team for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for amazing service and a personal touch!

I love the cleanliness, facility( starbucks inside the hotel)and especially the friendly staffs. They are very accommodating and always greet the guest with a smile. Thank you for the super service. I will definitely come back again.

The room is old, the breakfast is OK, the hotel is in the city, the location is OK. But it is too close to the disco, it is very noisy from late at night to early morning, especially on weekends. The rooftop swimming pool needs to be visited early or late. There are many children during the day on weekends
