立地はコンビニがすぐ隣にありよかったのですが、それ以外の部屋の狭さ、設備（テレビがない、窓際が冷える、乾燥する等）、サービスなどは高めの値段設定に比してどれも質が悪いと言わざるを得ない印象を持ちました。
日本人ではなく、海外客を対象にした施設なのだと理解しました。
まず、とにかくルールを守るよう繰り返し説明があり、守れない場合は追加料金が設定されていることも多く、子連れの私たちには安心した滞在にはなりませんでした。備え付けのwi-fiで動画を観るのは禁止で、利用通信料が2GBを超えて速度制限がかかったら追加料金を支払わされると部屋に書いてあったことには驚きました。怖くて使用できませんでした。
お風呂場やトイレはやや臭いがあったことも残念でした。
遵守すべきルール説明はたくさんありましたが、それ以外の利用方法等の説明や注意書きは少なく、不便さや不安（これをして大丈夫なのか？など）を感じることもたびたびでした。
